A Closer Look at the Skilled Hands and Compassionate Hearts Leading Arkansas Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
At ARBRA, we believe plastic and reconstructive surgery is about more than what you see in the mirror. It’s about how you feel in your body, how you reclaim your confidence, and how your story is honored through expert care. That’s why the people behind the procedures matter just as much as the outcomes.
In this post, we’re proud to introduce the visionary woman behind ARBRA: Dr. Kasia Kania, a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon leading the way in surgical excellence and patient-first care across Northwest Arkansas.
Meet Dr. Kasia Kania
Founder | Microsurgeon | Reconstructive & Aesthetic Expert
Dr. Kasia Kania is more than a skilled surgeon — she’s a fierce advocate for her patients and a quiet powerhouse in the operating room. After training at some of the top programs in the country, Dr. Kania went on to complete advanced fellowship training in microsurgical breast reconstruction at MD Anderson Cancer Center. This includes natural tissue flap surgery, which allows women to rebuild their breasts using their own abdominal, thigh or gluteal tissue, preserving muscle strength and creating natural results.
Her approach to surgery is grounded in precision, compassion, and empowerment. She approaches every case — whether it’s breast reconstruction after cancer or a complex revision — with detailed planning, artistic vision, and deep respect for each woman’s journey.
Dr. Kania founded the microsurgical breast reconstruction program at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas, bringing these advanced standard-of-care options to patients right here in Rogers.
A Surgeon Who Sees the Whole You
Patients often describe Dr. Kania as grounded and deeply knowledgeable. Her calm confidence creates a sense of safety in every consultation, and her rare ability to blend technical mastery with artistry leaves patients feeling not only taken care of — but seen. She listens intently, asks the right questions, and always leads with honesty and warmth.
What Makes the ARBRA Team Unique?
While many practices focus solely on aesthetic outcomes, ARBRA was created with a different intention. We are committed to results that are not only beautiful, but functional, personalized, and rooted in dignity. Our team brings together advanced surgical skill with a true understanding of what it means to move through cancer, body changes, and recovery.
Led by women, ARBRA creates a culture of care that feels different from the moment you walk through the door. Every consultation, surgery, and follow-up is designed to center you — the patient — in the process.
In early 2026, our growing team and community will move into a brand-new facility at The Promenade, created to reflect the elevated, intentional care we’ve become known for.
Why This Matters
Choosing a plastic surgeon — especially for breast reconstruction or revision surgery — is not just a medical decision. It’s emotional. It’s vulnerable. And it’s deeply personal. At ARBRA, we honor that. You’re never rushed or overlooked. You’re not just another case. You’re a woman reclaiming her story — and we’re here to walk with you.
We believe your surgeon should be someone who not only has the expertise but also the heart to meet you where you are.
